Do you sell gooseberries?
Well, I'm afraid the bugs got the pick of the patch! Actually, I do not. But who knows because there’s always next year!
How much will the shipping be outside the Continental United States?
The shipping charges listed with PayPal on our web site reflect deliveries within the Continental United States.
Because shipments outside the Continental United States cost us more, we will have to adjust the shipping charges accordingly.
Once you've placed your order we can then e-mail you with the appropriate shipping cost. If you agree to these charges you can
then pay the difference on our additional shipping page If you decide the shipping is more than your comfortable with you can also cancel the order.
What do you mean, hand crafted?
Hand crafted items are typically made by an artist one at a time. Therefore, if our inventory has been sold,
there may be a small delay getting more from the artist. A delay can range anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks.
If that's the case, we will e-mail you and let you know the approximate time your order will ship.
* Note. Because they are hand crafted, the item you receive may have slight differences from the one pictured
on the site. An example would be the degree of red pigmentation in a glass ornament.
What do you mean, one of a kind?
At Gooseberry Junction we spend a lot of time looking for items that are unique. Sometimes there is only one of
these unique items available by the artist. Thus once sold, the item cannot be restocked. Therefore, there may be
times when an item sells out and has not been removed from the site. If you have any questions or would like to
verify the availability of an item before you order it, you can e-mail us at gooseberryjunctionrockport@yahoo.com
If you've already ordered the item and it's no longer available, we will notify you and make sure your credit card
is refunded.
What if I forgot to copy down my PayPal Receipt number?
NO PROBLEM! If you forgot to print your PayPal receipt or copy the receipt number, first check your e-mail for a
copy of your receipt from PayPal. If your receipt hasn't arrived yet just include, with your selection e-mail to us,
your name, complete shipping address, and a phone number where we can reach you if necessary and we'll match you to
your PayPal payment. If there's a problem we'll call or e-mail you.
Will "Property of KAS" appear on my print?
No! The print you'll be sent will not have Property of KAS on it. It appears on the web site version only to remind people
that the work is the protected property of the artist & should not be downloaded, copied or used without the written consent
of the artist.
